Located within a distinguished Grade II listed Georgian terrace, this project involves the sensitive transformation of a one-bedroom apartment into a refined two-bedroom residence with an en-suite bathroom.

Our design approach balances modern functionality with Bath’s historic charm. The entire property is being reconfigured to optimise space, while carefully preserving the building’s listed fabric and period details.

All electrical and plumbing systems will be completely renewed to meet the latest construction and safety regulations. New luxury engineered-wood flooring will replace the existing finishes, and bespoke internal joinery will be crafted to complement the heritage character of the flat.

The interior fit-out is being designed to reflect the timeless elegance of Bath’s architecture, taking cues from the local Walcot area’s distinctive craftsmanship and understated sophistication.

Once complete, the result will be a harmonious blend of classic Georgian character and contemporary living, a carefully curated home that embodies both heritage and modern comfort.
