This single-storey bungalow has been completely transformed into a spacious four-bedroom, double storey contemporary home through a full-width rear extension and a loft conversion.
Our team managed every stage of design and construction, creating a home that combines modern architecture with high-performance detailing. The new layout features two en-suite bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an expansive open-plan living area illuminated by four aluminium-framed skylights and a full-width sliding aluminium door along the rear elevation, seamlessly connecting the interior with the garden and flooding the space with natural light.
The bespoke kitchen was designed and built in-house, complemented by premium engineered wood flooring and a full underfloor central heating system. All doors and windows are high-performance Schüco aluminium systems with double glazing, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and a refined aesthetic.
Externally, the bungalow was finished with smooth render, a grey slate roof, and a water resistant flat roofing system over the new extension for superior waterproofing and longevity. The transformation continues outdoors with a complete landscape redesign, including a charcoal block-paved driveway, matching side access, and a rear garden with a timber deck that leads to a bespoke aluminium/glass greenhouse, a garden studio, and a storage unit clad in corrugated aluminium panels with matching doors and windows all fabricated by our partner aluminium window factory.
A full CCTV and alarm system were integrated for enhanced security, and all works were completed in full compliance with the latest UK building regulations.
