JG Westbourne tells the story of renewal, a place once modest, now quietly generous in space and light. The original bungalow has evolved into a contemporary double-storey home where every proportion and surface was considered to create balance, warmth and clarity.

The kitchen, designed and built by our team, anchors the space with natural timber tones and precise craftsmanship. Underfloor heating runs seamlessly beneath, bringing consistent warmth and a sense of calm. The aluminium windows, sliding doors, greenhouse and entrance doors, all fabricated in-house, express the precision and durability that define our approach.

Inside, the new plan opens towards a central living space that connects cooking, dining and resting in one continuous movement. Light enters from above through four rooflights, shifting gently throughout the day, while a full-width sliding door extends the interior into the garden.

The connection between home and landscape is complete with a timber deck leading to a bespoke glass and aluminium greenhouse, designed for both cultivation and retreat. Beyond it, a detached garden studio offers a space for work or reflection, while the matching storage building maintains a unified architectural language.
