This end-terrace bungalow has been beautifully transformed from a modest one-bedroom home into a spacious and contemporary three-bedroom residence with open-plan living and generous outdoor space.

Our team delivered a full design-and-build package, beginning with a side extension that introduced two new bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom. All structural elements, foundations, masonry walls, and roof construction, were completed to ensure precision and quality control throughout.

The internal layout was completely redesigned to maximise natural light and functionality. The new configuration features a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area, complemented by full-height doors that open directly onto a rear deck and landscaped garden.

Every aspect of the property was renewed: new internal partitions, subfloor and screed preparation, full redecoration, bespoke kitchen installation, new doors and skirtings, and modern laminate flooring. The bathrooms were rebuilt with contemporary fittings, elegant tiling.

Externally, the entire landscape was redesigned to create a cohesive and welcoming setting. The front driveway was reconstructed with charcoal block paving and framed by a soft lawn, while the rear garden features level-access decking finished flush with the interior floor, providing seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A purpose-built summerhouse at the far end of the garden offers an inviting retreat with panoramic garden views through its glazed façade.

All works were carried out in strict accordance with the latest building regulations, ensuring safety, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
